Additional information is added to the marker using their own coding system. For example it may be the customers table number and sauce
The marker is immediately placed in the steak and delivered to grill.
The steak is then cooked to perfection with the markers in them.
Meals are delivered to table with no confusion for the wait staff. The marker also adds that little touch of table presentation.
